SCENE WebShare Cloud Administration—Overview
The Administration Area enables you to administrate the users and the projects of your SCENE WebShare Cloud domain. There are two different administrator roles:
Domain Administrator: responsible for organizing the domain and its users
Project Manager: responsible for organizing the projects
To access the Administration Area, click thedomainadministrator. This button is only available if you have the role Domain Administrator or Project Manager.

The Administration start page shows the Dashboard. The Task Panel now only shows Administration tasks. Clickdomainadministrator Exit Administration to return to the User View.

The Administration Area consists of the following task categories:
projectoverview Dashboard: A technical overview of the domain and various project-related usage stats.
projectoverview Project Management: Tasks that help to administrate the projects of the SCENE WebShare Cloud domain. This category is only available for users with the Project Manager role.
group Group Management: Tasks that help to define access rights by creating groups and assigning users to these groups. This category is only available for users with the Project Manager role.
user User Management: Tasks that help to add and remove users from the SCENE WebShare Cloud domain. This category is only available for users with a Domain Administrator role.
role Role Management: Tasks that help to assign roles to the users of the SCENE WebShare Cloud domain. This category is only available for users with the Domain Administrator role.
role Settings—Domain: Tasks that change several domain-wide settings.
