Password Reset
If you need a new password for some reason, your administrator won't be able to provide you with this. Instead, use the password reset workflow.
1. Open SCENE WebShare Cloud in your browser.
2. In the top right corner, click the user icon and then Login.
3. In the login screen, click I have lost my password.
4. In the lost password screen, enter the email address (username) and click Request Password Reset.
5. You should then receive an email with a link to set a new password. This link is valid 24 hours but the procedure can be repeated at any time.
