Grant Roles
Select the task Grant Roles from the Task Panel. The task description is displayed and consists of the following steps:
 
Select Users: In the Main Window, a list with all users and their roles is displayed. Select the users you want to assign the selected roles to. The selected users are listed in the task step.

1. Click Select Roles in the Task Panel. In the Main Window, the role list is displayed.

2. Select Roles: Select the roles you want to assign to specified users. The selected groups are listed in the task step.
For each role, detailed information is provided. The information is shown when you click the correspondingdetailsbutton in the roles list. This contains the name of the role, a short explanation and the users to those you have already granted this role. For each user, his/her first name, last name and username is listed. The user list can be ordered by username, first, and last name.
Click OK to assign the roles.
Information about the roles
For each user, detailed information is provided. The information is shown when you click the correspondingdetailsbutton in the roles list. This contains the name of the role and the users to those you have already granted this role. For a user his/her first name, last name, username, and email address is listed. The user list can be ordered by these properties.

By clicking on the browser’s back button the role list will be displayed.
